Register Now for the 2023 Annual Member Assembly
Join your fellow Scout Chaplains, Scouters and spouses in Kansas City, Missouri, for the Member Assembly of the National Catholic Committee on Scouting. The general membership session will feature Tim Glemkowski, Executive Director of the 2024 National Eucharistic Congress in Indianapolis, Indiana. Highlighting Saturday’s Banquet is keynote speaker the Most Rev. James V. Johnston, Jr., an Eagle Scout and Bishop of the Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph. We hope to see you there!
The Executive Committee and several standing committee meetings, registration and the Trading Post begin on Thursday, April 20th, and the opening conference Mass is Thursday at 6:15 PM. The Welcome Center and Trading Post open at 7:00 AM on Friday, April 21st, followed by Region/Committee Meetings and the Advisory Board meeting. The NCCS General Membership Session is on Saturday morning, April 22nd. Saturday Mass is at 5:30 PM. Archbishop Joseph Naumann of the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas, will be the celebrant and homilist at Mass, with Bishop Johnston concelebrating. Mass will be followed by a Reception and Banquet. The Executive Board meeting is on Sunday, April 23rd.
Registration Before March 15, 2023 Early Bird registration/meals fee is $300 per attendee and $200 for accompanying spouse or family member. Meals included are refreshments at breaks, and the Saturday evening reception and banquet. Tickets for the Bishop’s luncheon and Sunday lunch must be purchased separately. Registered hotel guests also receive a complimentary breakfast and evening reception.
Registration After March 15, 2023: Cost per attendee increases by $50 per person ($350/$250).
