The National Eucharistic Revival is a 3-year initiative sponsored by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. The revival was launched in 2022 and continues until Pentecost in 2025.
There are many ways Catholic Scouts can engage in the Eucharistic Pilgrimage and Eucharistic Congress in spring and summer 2024. Plan now to participate!
National Eucharistic Pilgrimage – Spring and Summer 2024 – Across the Country
From May 17 to July 16, 2024, Catholics across the country will be engaged in a Eucharistic Pilgrimage. Local Scouting units are invited to participate on the leg of the pilgrimage that makes sense for them. Plan now – and find out if Scouts can assist local organizers to make the Eucharistic Pilgrimage a success. Also consider asking your Catholic Scouting families if they are planning a vacation that could include a stop on the pilgrimage; this would be a great way for a family to engage with this once-in-a-life time opportunity.

National Eucharistic Congress – July 17-21, 2024 – in Indianapolis
The National Eucharistic Pilgrimage will culminate in a Eucharistic Congress that will take place from July 17-21, 2024, at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. Catholic Scouting will be involved in several ways at the congress, including participating as a sponsor for the event and providing volunteers at the congress. Contact information for a NCCS point person on Catholic Scouting engagement with the Congress will be shared soon. Right now, you can ask your pastor or other parish leader if your parish plans to send a group to the Congress and you can encourage your Catholic Scouting families to consider attending the Congress together.
